Pluies de Septembre | Rains of September
From its heights, a pear tree produces a strange, haunting melody: drops of water fall from extraordinary fruits onto metal drums arranged around its trunk.
These luminous fruits are made of ice—their melting marks the passage of time, drop by drop. For one night, they light up the branches, inviting us to dive into our memories and listen to the present.
An invitation to contemplate the tree and lend it an ear, to listen to the night and its secrets.
Are these the tears of a weeping tree?
Is it nostalgic for the past, or saddened by the current state of the world?
At dawn, the fruits will have vanished, leaving behind only a memory—somewhere between dream and reality. The pear tree will once again be silent… unless it still whispers, to those who know how to listen.
